Delete your account
In the game (fastest)
- Open Flock & Load and go to Settings.
- Tap Account and saving.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is deleted at once, on every device it was saved to.
Without the game
Write to bixmakesgames@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Flock & Load account". Send it from the email address you saved your progress with, or tell us which sign-in you used (Apple, Google or Steam) and include a purchase receipt if you have one, so we can find the right account. We delete it within 30 days and write back when it's done.
What is deleted
Your account id, your cards, packs, gold, dust, decks and progress, your quests and match results, and every sign-in you linked (Apple, Google, Steam or email).
What is kept
Records of purchases (the store's transaction id, the bundle, the country and the date) are kept without any link to you for as long as accounting and tax rules require. Our hosting providers' security logs, which can contain IP addresses, expire on their own after a short time.
